JOIN US FOR THE SAVING LIVES FIVE TOWNS’ THIRD-ANNUAL

DRUG TAKE-BACK EVENT ON

JUNE 23, 2024!

Has your doctor prescribed Vicodin for your pain, but now you’re concerned about how to ensure it doesn’t end up in the wrong hands? I often hear this from concerned parents, and I invite you to become part of the solution by participating in the Saving Lives Five Towns Third Annual Drug Take Back Event.

The significance of this event cannot be overstated.  Every day, countless households face the dilemma of what to do with medications that are no longer needed.  According to the Drug Enforcement Administration, millions of Americans misuse prescription drugs each year, with a significant number obtaining them from family and friends, often from the home medicine cabinet. Now, you have the opportunity to play a crucial role in combating this issue. Take the proactive step to prevent these medications from falling into the wrong hands and ultimately save lives.

At the Saving Lives Five Towns Drug Take Back Event, simply bring your expired or unused medications, no questions asked, and dispose of them in a secure manner.

So, mark your calendars for June 23, 2024, and join us at the Hatzalah Station on West Broadway from 11-2.  Spread the word among your friends, family, and neighbors, and let’s make a difference together. By disposing of your medications responsibly, you demonstrate your commitment to building a safer and healthier Five Towns Community for all.

Each medication disposed of represents a step forward in our mission to saving lives and combat substance abuse. Your participation is not only encouraged but essential in achieving our shared goal of creating a healthier, safer community for ourselves and our children.

Join us on June 23, 2024, and be a part of the solution. Together, we can make a difference. Together, we can save lives.
